Built on Three Generations of the Trade
My grandfather worked in construction. My father built on that — taking on complex renovations that required real problem-solving, not just surface work. Growing up, I was on those job sites. I watched him tackle structural challenges, difficult substrates, and custom builds that other contractors had already walked away from.
That upbringing shaped how I think about tile work. The complex jobs aren't something to avoid — they're where the real craft lives. Awkward angles, failing substrates, water-damaged structures, custom shower builds from scratch. We've seen it all, and we know how to handle it.
TopLine was founded to bring that generational depth to residential tile and shower work in Northern New Jersey. We're not a crew that learned tile from a YouTube tutorial. This trade is in our blood, and it shows in the work.
